I have great listening skills . Im bilingual being fluent in english and in Spanish. I can read and also write in Spanish. I can easily build rapport with my clients. I can easily do any heavy lifting. Im an excellent cook and my cleaning skills are also great. I am a very patient person and have a great sense of humor. I have worked with a variety of people ranging from elderly to even children as young as 9 yrs old with autism, down syndrome, or even MR mild to severe. I have also worked with people that are wheelchair bound. I can do transportation for clients, pick up prescription medications, and I am also certified to administer medication by a registered nurse.

I've always been a deeply loving and caring person. From the time I was 13, I've felt a strong pull toward helping others, not just with tasks they can't do, but with the emotional presence they deserve. I put the people I care for first, always. I make sure they feel seen, appreciated, and truly loved. I don't just do the chores; I sit with them, talk with them, and remind them that they matter. Especially for elders who may not have much family around, I become that steady source of comfort and connection. Caregiving came naturally to me. I've always been a nurturer, it's just who I am. I gravitate toward helping people, and it never feels like work. It feels like purpose. There's something sacred about being able to ease someone's burden, to bring a smile to their face, to help them feel safe and cared for. That's what drew me in and what keeps me going. The joy I see in the little things. When someone smiles because I've made them a hot, healthy meal. When they relax knowing their clothes are folded and they won't have to strain themselves. When they feel safe simply because I'm near. Those moments, those quiet, tender exchanges, are everything to me. They remind me that love doesn't always need grand gestures. Sometimes, it's just being there. One of the things I'm most proud of is being there for people until their very last days. That's not easy, for them or for me, but I find peace knowing they weren't alone. That they felt loved. That I could bring them comfort in their final moments. It's an honor to walk with someone through that part of life. And even in those moments of grief, I hold onto the joy I saw in their eyes when I showed up with a warm meal or a gentle word. That's the kind of impact I hope to leave behind.
